Booking Responsibility
Responsibility for the details of bookings and for payments lies with the person making the initial booking.
Payment conditions
India Summer School- The fee for 4 week sessions is Rs 45,000 + GST - per student. A non-refundable deposit of Rs30,000 must be paid in full. The balance non-refundable payment of Rs15,000 + GST must be paid by 15th April 2018.
UK Summer School- The fee for 7 day trip to UK is £ 1830. A non-refundable deposit of £ 1000 must be paid immediately. The balance £ 830 non-refundable payment must be paid by 30 April 2018. This includes cost of flights, airport transfers, full board, lessons, sports and leisure activities and excursion.
Cancellations- Non-refund of deposits and payments
If a student cancels a session during the course, Augment London shall be entitled to keep any and all deposits and payments by way of compensation regardless the reasons of cancellation (including force majeure). In the event the course is cancelled by Augment for reasons which Augment London is not responsible (including force majeure) the risk shall be assumed by the student and the parent/guardian and Augment London shall likewise be entitled to keep any or all deposits and payments.
Insurance
The student is required to have the following insurance with cover for UK: health and accident insurance, liability insurance. It is strongly recommended the student takes out insurance against cancellation and repatriation insurance.
Behaviour- dismissals
Students must conduct themselves in a correct manner and abide by the Course regulations and disciplinary rules. Students are strictly forbidden from smoking and drinking alcohol. Augment London reserves the right to to dismiss any student it deems unfavourable to the smooth running of the camp. In the event of dismissal, Augment London is entitled to keep any and all deposits and payments made by way of compensation. Any additional costs incurred will be borne by the student and his/her parents/guardians.
